• Any new client will need to provide a Client Information Sheet (CIS), including company registration, an overview of the project and amount of financing needed.
• An initial Due Diligence (DD) process will be initiated and a dialogue with new client will be established.
• If the new client is a recognized trader / company with a proven track record, then the DD check and onboarding process should be straight forward, and no boarding fees are required.
• If the new client does not have a proven track record, then the DD process will be more thorough and the onboarding process will cost money to execute, both internally as well as externally. An onboarding fee will therefore be charged to the new client.
• A mutual NDA will be signed between the parties as well.
• Once the new client has passed the DD process and signed the NDA, the onboarding process has been completed and the new client has become a Valued Client and as such, the new client will have access all the financing tools and oil & gas products within our portfolio.
