Onboarding:
New Client Due Diligence and Onboarding Process:
In order to become a Qualified Oil & Gas Trader and client, the applicant needs to
undergo a due diligence carried out by our internal compliance team. (See Onboarding
Process under FINANCING).
Shipping & Payment Terms
All deliveries of gold are based on Seller delivering CIF (Cost, Freight & Insurance) delivered to our refinery.
Security: DLC or similar financial instrument
Payment: SWIFT within 3 Banking day(s) against Final Assay Certificate
Instrument: Swift Bank transfer in USD or Euro
Ownership of gold does not change until Seller has received full payment
Facilitators
Facilitators engaged in the process are welcome and will be paid through an IMFPA procedure according international standards.
(IMFPA = Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement)
