Prior to introducing Seller & Buyer to each other, Trader will go through a KYC procedure that verify that both parties are ready to start trading.

e) RWA confirming that SELLER has the Product and that SELLER is financially able to provide a 2% Performance Bond required to support the trade.

Trader introduces Seller & Buyer and the Sales & Purchase (SPA) agreement is issued for review and final negotiations between the Seller & Buyer. Akerblom's will facilitate the SPA negotiations between the parties.
All our deliveries are based on CIF (Cost, Freight & Insurance) delivered into the Buyer's designated tanker storage facility an/or to the Refinery.
No money will be exchanged until the crude oil has been safer delivered into the Buyer's facility.
Facilitators engaged in the process are welcome and will be paid through an IMFPA procedure according international standards.
